Summary and Definition: The industrious Crow were a nomadic tribe of hunters on the Great Plains. The Crow tribe strongly resisted the hostile incursions of neighboring Native Indian tribes encroaching on their territory. The Crow tribe acted as scouts for the US army during the Sioux Wars. The names of the most famous chiefs of the Crow tribe included Chief Plenty Coups, Chief Long Hair, Chief Sore Belly and Chief Bear Wolf.

Brandon Bruce Lee (February 1, 1965 – March 31, 1993) was an American actor and a martial artist.Lee is also known for being the only son of Bruce Lee and for his accidental death during the production of his breakthrough film The Crow (1994). Lee's father, who died in 1973, was iconic in the field of martial arts both as a practitioner and leading man in their films. The Crow was released on May 13, 1994, and was the number one movie in America in its first weekend. Critics, including Roger Ebert and Rolling Stone’s Peter Travers, praised the movie. The Crow was dedicated to Eliza and Brandon. Eliza was on set of The Crow supporting him in his role that when the film was released she was credited as his personal assistant. Brandon quoted a passage from the book Sheltering Sky during press interviews on the set of The Crow. This quote had been placed on their wedding invitations.
